Hm, this is strange because I have checked our end and it looks like you have not made any purchases for the review app. Do you have the order reference of that app?
There is a possibility that one of the earlier release had a bug with our packager where it accidentally slipped the app into the package and it is probably why you have that package :x
I haven't purchased an app for a while so if i did purchase it the old order reference would probably be removed by now, unless paypal keeps all records.

Ah ok, I have not purchased this one (also just noticed it has an ID that is more recent that any other apps i have and definitely not a recent purchase), do i just uninstall it?
