Greetings,
My system, thanks to all of you, is almost complete. I have one more minor issue that I will need your help in setting up. When someone goes through the registration process and gets to the end and selects "check-out", the attached error message is coming up. Can you please tell me how to fix this. So you know, I have never configured a payment plan, I don't think yet.

Hey David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It seems like you are setting up recurring subscriptions with PayPal. PayPal only allows recurring subscription on business and premier accounts. If your PayPal account is a personal account, you may not use the recurring subscriptions on PayPal

I just upgraded my PayPal account to a business plan. Is there anything I now need to do in the admin section from the back-end to ensure this is working correctly?

Please make sure that your account in upgraded to business account successfully.

Are you using correct merchant email address ?
see attached screen shot.

Update me , so i'll be to rectify this issue.

Miss Ranawal,
I am sorry, but I am now getting a new error message during the payment process. I am going through the process of creating an account and paying for it on my site.

1. I am creating a new account from the register button.
2. I select our Bronze plan which is $10.00
3. I am inputting all the required information in the registration form.
4. I then select the payment app method that I created called, which is called, "SSHAG Payments" and selected Check-Out.
5. The site processed for a second and redirected to this URL or page, https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?lc=GB I then get the attached screen shot., PayPal2
6. When I select LogIn from that screen, I get screen shot PayPal3, which is attached.

Please help me get all of this working. LOL! This is actually very critical to our site.

Hello David,

I checked your site and User is redirected to payapl site after checkout.
The issue is shown on payapl site, they are not allowing user to complete the payment.

Please contact to paypal support team about this issue, they will help to resolve this issue.
It's your merchant account configuration issue.

Keep me updated with paypal team response.
