This is most unusual. I placed an order yesterday evening your time and my payment via Paypal was not accepted.
As you can see I'm a longstanding customer so I'd like you to correct this so my Paypal payment is accepted. There's as far as I can recall not been an issue in the past.

PS. I used the "Contact us" form and got this message

Hi Guy,

Thank you for contacting us. I've emailed FastSpring and inquired from them pertaining to this issue. To us, this is highly unacceptable as you are one of our old-timer customers. I will inform you on their response as soon as I get them.

As for the contact form page, I've tried to send an email via that page using a fresh browser and I did not faced any errors. Would you be kind enough to share with me the category that you chose that led to that error?

Hello Guy,

If you are using paypal, you could also pay to us via our paypal account. By the way, I don't seem to be able to locate your ticket on our end. Could you write to us at support AT stackideas.com please? Perhaps I could pass you our paypal address so that you can perform a payment there instead?
