Dear,

As my subscription for ES would expire in March 2015 I bought a renewal. I've received the email of the renewal (Stating EasySocial) but when looking at the dashboard, it doesn't seem to be extended.
Not sure when my EB expired but it seems that EB got extended instead of ES.

PS: not sure if I can/should post your reference ID here or if you can find the payment on my account without it. If required I can send or attach the email.
