Hello,

I am experiencing an error using Joomla and Payplans. When I go to create a new notification email, or edit an existing one I am met with this error:



Warning Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::files: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/media/com_payplans/emails/attachments


Any insight on how to resolve this error would be much appreciated.

Hey IRNA,

We already addressed this issue internally.
I've tried to access your site FTP but I am unable to access the payplans component folder.
Can you provide me with the access, so I'll fix it for you.

Hi Manisha,

My apologies, we had the path for our support FTP account linked to our staging site for this client. I just changed the account back so you should have access with the same credentials provided in my first post.
