FFMpeg path is not folder where the videos are stored, where it functions for system to transcode uploaded videos.
You can ask your webhosting provider to know the path of FFMpeg in order to make 'upload video' to be function

For video storage setting is from:
1. Click Settings>Storage>Storage path
