password specifications for registration

In joomla system settings there is the option to change password requirements on registration.
In my case I need passwords to include 1 uppercase and 1 number.

I have made these changes in joomla settings but they do not seem to work for easysocial registration.

Is there any way I can include these password requirements to easysocial registration?

Hello Camron.

It seems like the current user is register under jomsocial default profile and for this profile type, you don't set the password requirement. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-15_1254.png

Hello Camron.

You also need to change password requirement for EasySocial in EasySocial > Profile Type > [choose the profile type] > Custom field. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-11_1135.png

Thank you very much. I see this works fine on registration, but when user edits his profile on

index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&layout=edit

then the password requirements are not effective and the user can set a password that does not have the set requirements.

Since my system is integrated with some other authentication systems it is crucial that my password requirements are effective on the "edit profile page" also. Half of my functions don't work if a user sets a password that doesn't have the minimum requirements like: 7char long, 2 integer minimum & 1 uppercase minimum.

I hope there is a simple fix to this. thank you for your time.
