Password reset not working

Hello,
I am having a problem with Password reset on our website.
When a user selects Login from the website and selects 'I forgot my username / password', they are asked to "Please login first". They username and password is not working.

I have provided admin access so you can login and review settings.

Hey there,

It seems that when I press the link of it, it will have a redirect issue.

Can you update your FTP's access so that I can have a better check of it?

Hey there,

I found out that the reason caused this happened is because your menu item 'Community''s Access has been set to 'Registered' so this is why it keeps asking to log in first.

I had helped you to set it to 'Public' back as shown in the screenshot and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

Hey there,

There's an update for you, please ignore my previous message.

You can create two menu item type which are '(User) Forgot Username Layout' and '(User) Forgot Password Layout' in order to solve this problem.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
