I am having a problem where users on the site are not able to login after they do password resets. I have tried this multiple times and the same thing is happening for me. Right now I have turned off all caching and the cdn trying to get to the bottom of this.

Do you have any idea about this. Have you seen this before. Here is the message people get when they try to login after changing their password:

The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.

I have done this multiple times changing my password from the Joomla backend and also from the Lost Password links. And, I am getting the same problems.

I sure would appreciate any ideas you might have on this.

Sean
Hi there,

I have tested this using a new created user using my own email and etc. It seems to works as it should as you can see here http://take.ms/5Bt63.

Please advice.

Thank you so much for looking. I believe that my host looked before you and they discovered that I had System - Page Cache enabled. This is something that has always been problematic for me and I try to keep that disabled. I must have enabled it and not realized or remembered. Anyhow, I believe you checked after they disabled that plugin. Sorry to waste your time. Thanks for looking though.

Thanks for updating Sean, glad that your issues are resolved now Yep, the "Page Cache" plugin is pretty problematic at times and to be honest, I am not even sure if Joomla is still maintaining that plugin.
