When going to the front page of the website and requesting a password reset, the following appears.

Sorry, there was some errors when saving the user data. Please try again.

Users are unable to apply for password reset, Please advise, not sure why this is happening

Additional info provided.
I believe this is caused by a 3rd party plugin. This is the error that is being returned by Joomla. The table jos_it_people is not a table created by EasySocial or Joomla.

Thanks Mark,

i found the plugin causing the issue it was called "issue tracker" incase anyone else has the issue.

When this was disabled everything was ok.

BTW can you remove my email from the code above?
