Hi guys,

The password reset function has stopped working on my ES site. The verification code is sent correctly but when entered, it thows an error. I have not made any major changes to my site lately and this was working correctly last time I tested it. Any help much appreciated.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to replicate this issue in your site, but it seems like the password recovery process is working for me.

Can you try take a look of my following step and see is it I missed something here?

#1. I try to manually create a new user account (testuser123) from your backend
#2. Activated this user account
#3. Go to you frontend > click `password` link from the module > enter my email address > insert the verification code copy from my email > setup my new password
#4. The system shown password recovery successfully.

Hmmm... strange. I'm glad it worked for you but it doesn't explain why it didn't work for me or for the customer. I will keep an eye on it and let you know if I have any further issues with password recovery.
