Hello the team i would like to know how it will be possible to password protect a category

Per exemple I want to

Product 1 test category
- product name 1 post
- product name 4 post

Product 1 test category should be password protected in order for my user to login and see all the posts into this category

Thank you for your kind help
Hello Julien,

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately there is no such feature in EasyBlog. You can however set the category to be private to certain user groups only. This can be done in backend -> EasyBlog -> Categories under the Privacy option Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Hello Adelene not really that s a pity

I cant set up to a certain user groups only as it will mean i will have to change the user group to each user that would like to access to this category.
That would be easier to simply password protect a whole category.
It is annoying to password protect each posts on a particular category.

Would it be possible in the futur release of easyblog?

That would be awsome!

Thank you for your answer Adelene
