Hello at StackIdeas,

We have two for us serious issues which is preventing us in publishing posts at our blogs.

1)
Our Super Users are the only one which can access the posts we are publishing. Anyone else get the attached messages regarding that the post have a password. However we have not set any password.

2)
The subcategories is not showing up at those of our team members and journalists who have access to these subcategories, when they want to write or submit a post. So they are not able to post to these categories.
I have attached screenshots from one of our subcategories settings.

Please help us out as soon as possible so we can start to write and upload posts.

Thank you and best regards,
Finn
Hello,

We managed to solve issue 2) so the subcategories is now showing up. We had not seen that the subcategories is to the right for the primary category.

The password problem is still a problem -1) above in my first post. So I kindly ask you to reply on this issue.

Hi Finn,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

I am not able to replicate the password issue in our local unless we manually put the password inside the password field in composer. Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can test it out on your site?

Hello Ezrul,

We have been looking into our database and found passwords on some of the blogs posts, which I believe is from our staging sites where passwords was tested.

Even we by now have removed the passwords from the blog posts in the database - we are still not able to access the blogs at the front-end.

By stopping the password function under general we solved the problem for now - but what will happen when we want to use the password function for e.g. groups and some team blogs or other kind of blogs?
