With the upgrade to 1.3.1 seems like password field prevents user from moving on from edit profile page when checking for profile completeness is turned on.

I redirect all users to complete their profile if not all fields are properly populated, however, after 1.3.1 it is not possible to move away from this page.

when i enable this option to show message on top of the page, it says my profile is 95% complete.
The only "empty" field is password field, which is anyway expected to be visually "empty".

I think there you should make an exception in the script that checks for completed fields and exclude name, username, email and password field from checking as these 4 fields are anyway mandatory by Joomla.
Hi,

Identified the issue. It is coming from Kunena Signature not validating properly.

I've patched it on the shadow site but if you would like to patch this on your live site, replace the file I've uploaded at /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/kunena_signature/kunena_signature.php

Hi,

Password field is always calculated as "completed" regardless of the state of the field.

The incomplete could be coming from another field. Please provide us your site's access so that we can further debug this to locate where the actual issue is from.

Okay, the access is provided in site details field. It is the test site of an original.

You can simply login, and see the message sayng your profile is 95% complete.
The only "not-completed" field in entire profile is password field.

i was thinking to ditch Kunena anyway. Its just a clutter and is not really used by people on the site

Thanks for taking time to look at it
