I am sorry that I didn't mentioned you in earlier, you have to edit that reply then resave again, so it can able to update the latest parsed content into preview column from database.

May i know is it possible for you update your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

Is it the issue still persists when you add a new reply contain that URL?
