Hi Jan,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I can't replicate this issue on your site as I can successfully join a group without any parsererror. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vTEhxc1S4wPn . Am I missing anything here?

Please advise.

Firebug tell me that there is an error in easysocial....min.js :

Hello Jan,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Hm, without us having issue to join the group its quite difficult to tell the exact problem that you are facing currently. May I know that is it the same person that always hitting this error when joining the group? I believe it is best for you to provide the account that are affected when joining the group so we can check it directly.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and please advise.

Hello Jan,

I am sorry for the delayed response.

The video is relatively small and I cannot see the details of your console. However I do notice that you are trying to join the group from the easysocial group module and we might have missed to test it from there. Can you re-provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access as we are no longer able to access your site with the current credentials.

Please advise.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. This is actually one of the reasons why we need you to provide us with the same user login that you are using to test. There are so many different settings / setup / acl that each user has.

Can you please provide us with the username / password for the account that you are using to test and also the group that you are trying to join please?

Something is not right with your site, any file I modified doesn't seem to affect the output of the site. Are you sure you have given me the correct SFTP access?

The ip address for the sftp is different than the domain name?

i disabled completly cloudflare and joomla cache,
i'd just adding a blank file in joomla root, if you found test.php in the root then you are connected to the right server.

Still no dime, so I really don't know how to help you here. I created a debug.php file and tried to access it, and it's not possible to access it either.

I am sorry but it's best that you contact your web host and turn off every single cache available on the server. I really don't know how to troubleshoot this for you.

This whole thread has been a ping pong just to get the access to your site and with all these caching mess, the whole thread became extremely long. Please start a new thread on the forums as soon as your issues with the cache is resolved.

P/S: The root login is not working either.
