Hi

The pagination on my blog posts is not working. Whatever page is clicked it returns to the first page.

https://www.ifootpath.com/blog-posts/featured/page-1

It works if I manually change URL in the browser - e.g. https://www.ifootpath.com/blog-posts/featured/page-2

Would be great if you could help.
I should have said that this problem is on all blog categories e.g.

https://www.ifootpath.com/ifootpath-news/categories/ifootpath/page-1

Can i have the permission to purge your site SEF URL from your SH404SEF extension?

Based on what i check, it seems like when you hover those pagination number, that URL always show the same.

Something is strange, you can check my attached screenshot below.

It seems like Sh404sef treat these different URL as duplicate, this is why it caused this issue.

May i know do you have any other page got show the pagination (except Easyblog page)? Because i would like to see whether those pagination show correctly or not.

By the way, can you update your site FTP access in case i need to troubleshoot this from the Easyblog core file.

Hey Richard,

May i know do you know about this?

For example : https://www.ifootpath.com/blog-posts/featured?start=20

By right, it should show ?limitstart=20.

Currently I am not really sure what is the issue caused this yet, but now I've applied some temporary fix into this file JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php , you should able to access those second and third page now, and now those pagination alias will not show non-sef first.

Is it possible for you send me your current Sh404sef installer so I can try install into my local instance and see whether it also generate this ?start=20 from the pagination area.

This is my email address : arlex.wong@stackideas.com

Hi I tried sending the Sh404sef installer by email to your email as a zip file but it was blocked/rejected by your email client.

Hey Richard,

Maybe you can upload this installer from your Joomla root folder, so I download it from there.

You're welcome.

Is it this file you uploaded on your server? plg_sh404sef-importer_1.zip

If yes, it seems like this is not that Sh404sef extension installer, this one is just the Sh404sef importer plugin.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked this a few day, but i still unable to figure out where went wrong, even thought my local instance using same Sh404sef extension version, it seems those pagination link work fine for me.

For now, I've remain this temporary fix on your site JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php

So those pagination will work but the pagination alias will show something like this ?start=10 ?start=20 ?start=30.

Thank you for your help and sorry I missed your reply. it is very strange that it has gone wrong.

You attached a file - is that for me to keep? Has it already been installed?

If I upgrade Easyblog will the temporary fix need to be re-installed?

Thank you.

You're most welcome Richard.

Yes, that temporary fix file you have to replace back to this JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php after you update to latest version of Easyblog on your site.
