hi Jason, i unterstand your explanation..but of course i would only show the 5 last main Comments inluding Replys on page 1 and the next 5 main comments including replys on page 2

however if you not add a "numbered pagination" to EB 4.0 will you add a cycle load for comments on 4.0 or must i add kommento to control the comments in EB 4.0?

We will suggest you to use Komento in EasyBlog, which will definitely have the feature that you want.

I cannot promise if the feature will be in EasyBlog 4.0 or not as our roadmap features changes according to how we see fit.

hi Jason, thanks for that info..the reason why i ask this is that i would only use the Kommento cycle load functionality for easyblog and only for that component. I do not like to over load my page with components that remain unused basically..do you know what i mean?

Again, I apologize but we are only from a small team and our priority and roadmap changes accordingly to fit our ability to cope with the amount of work and requests that customers have.

We have hundreds of feature request and only limited amount of developer here. The only thing we can do here is to log it down and attend to it based on the priority of the feature and as much as we would like to cater and satisfy every single customer, we can only do so much.

Given that Komento already have the feature, and that we are focusing on EasySocial's request currently, again, I am unable to provide you details with this feature in EasyBlog.

hey Jason, again..kommento is not a option, because i do not want to slow down my pages with a additional component! yes you have hundreds of feature requests but honestly my request is over 2 yers old and nothing happend in this time..jack said yes in 3.8, mark said 4.0, you said no and recommend me always kommento..why did you not simple add a cycle load for EB Comments in 4.0 and all happy here!?

If it was that simple we would have add it. We do not want to just add a feature and just call it a day, in which that would just caused more problems and more bugs.

And as I've mentioned before, this feature is in our to do list but as other features take priority over this, this feature get bumped back (priority wise).

All I can say is we will try to include this in the future.
