We have done some extensive discussions internally and we are geared towards groups now but pages and events will come in next once the foundation of a group is laid down. We initially wanted to create a "page" that works for groups, events but we are afraid that it will be too complicated to use for end users. Instead, we are building our foundation (something you don't see) based on the initial idea but we are displaying them as Groups, Events, Pages etc.

The benefit of doing so is to ensure that:

1. Users will clearly understand what the feature does.
2. It's scalable, we can build pages / events and any other apps in the future in a very short time
