Actually that is one of the feature in Easyblog 5.2 .

However, you can disable this from backend > Easyblog > setting > view > entry tab > show reading time - NO

If the show reading time still appear, it might be that post category doesn't inherit the setting from this.

So you probably have to check from backend > Easyblog > categories > select that post category > click on 'Entry layout' > make sure it set to inherit or show reading time - NO.
