Is there any way we can set Group or Page album privacy by profile type?

Unfortunately, currently there's no setting to do so. Group or page album can be accessed depending on the type of group/page, for example open/closed/invite-only. Closed/invite-only groups/pages content is not accessible to non-members/followers. For members/followers, they would be able to view the albums belonging to that group/page.
