Hello there,

I would like to draw your attention to an issue.

When you subscribe on a marketplace you get a rented online shop to use and when your subscription/membership expired, you cannot use that shop any more. User will lose the access to (ownership of) the shop. It is the usual and logical way of a membership model.

Currently it is not possible when we want to run such a membership model with EasySocial and PayPlans. For example I sell not only access but also virtual places like pages, groups, photo albums (storage!), etc. Logically when a membership expires, the user should lose the access but also ownership of those things. It is not logical if a member can still store 1000MB of photos (which is a kind of membership feature to sell) after their membership expired, or if they will still have pages/groups, etc. One-time payment type of membership can work in this current situation but recurring one doesnt seem possible. How to persuade users to renew their subscriptions if they will still keep their storage limits, groups, pages, etc? It doesnt make sense.

Could you add some features to meet this need?

Thanks and best regards,
