override css in es mobile/2

Hello
in reference to the previous ticket of 3:12 PM Friday, 15 September 2017.
sorry but i can not get it running, where i put this code:

@media (max-width:768px)
{
#eb .eb-comp-toolbar {
background-color: #39b54a !important;
}
}

in:
1) protostar -> EasyBlog -> custom.css
2) es-mobile -> custom.css

because in both cases it does not work

Can you update your correct Joomla backend and FTP access so I can better have a check?
