I have owned every product that the Stack Ideas team has developed and I must say that they are top of the class when it comes to coding, support, and price. All products have tons of features that can be easily deployed from the Joomla back-end. The design and flexibility of each product covers all the needs that any web designer / developer could ever want and the code customization is so easy.

Support questions are answered immediately and with a very understanding and kind staff. I have been with the Stack Ideas team for over 3 years now and will remain a customer for as long as I can. The main reason I stay with Stack Ideas is that their customer support is amazing! I've been really impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to make my experience awesome with their products.

Mark and his team exemplify the meaning of an excellent support team and a bunch of awesome web programmers. I am very happy that I made the transition to EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss for my website.

I have to agree.. this is the first year I have been a Stackideas customer, but i assure you it will not be the last.

Within 48 hours of installing this component and running into issues (no matter how trivial) the support team has respectfully and very quickly provided support and fixes. They have even gone so far as to provide custom patches even when it is "outside the scope of support".

I will be a customer for as long as they are in business.

FYI, I tested JomSocial only for 30 minutes before choosing EasySocial. It was lacking in just about EVERY feature I needed and they were unwilling to acknowledge that a social networking site should support the most basic features such as realtime stream updates (I had to refresh the page every time a new stream or comment was made)

I know I drive you guys nuts some times but I am eternally grateful.
You make great products that some one who has little or no Web Admin skills can set up.
I have probably learned more from you guys than I learned in any where else online!!!
