does easy social have anything to do with this?

Hm, EasySocial doesn't generate such messages. Do you have admintools installed on the site?

i dont have admin tools

also this only happens when we upload using the community.

after 5 uploads we get this message. if we use HS we dont have this problem

I think, you are getting this because you tried to upload a file to the server multiple times and the web server is probably blocking you. You should create a ticket with your hosting provider and ask them about this.
