We require a login to access EasySocial (and site itself) and recently moved to the EasySocial login instead of the the default login module. I don't recall exactly why but it was something to do with a redirect loop and was in a prior ticket.

Since then we've noticed that when someone clicks a link in one of the notices, after they login, they are not redirected to the original link.

As an example, if you click the following link and login... you will not be redirected to this page:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&id=311:jweaver&Itemid=194

Is there anything I can do to fix this so that it will redirect to original link clicked?
Hello Tim,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, we missed your ticket earlier. Anyway this issue has already been resolved on 1.2.5. Are you on the latest release?

Hi,

Set this in Settings -> Users -> Login Redirection.

I've definitely messed with that already.
Problem is I'm not trying to go to a set page for everyone, I'm trying redirect them to the original URL they tried to come into the site on (after they login).

So if user1 tries to access this page when not logged in (because they clicked a link in an email notice):
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&id=311:jweaver&Itemid=194

They will get pulled to the login page:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=login&Itemid=369

After login, I want to kick them back to:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&id=311:jweaver&Itemid=194

At the same time if another user comes in on page:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=entry&id=159&Itemid=198

They will get the login screen:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=login&Itemid=369

But then I want them to kick back to the original URL they tried:
https://www.wcsmission.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=entry&id=159&Itemid=198

The only option I see outside of manually picking the page to redirect to is to "Stay on the Same Page".

I feel like its LockDown Mode and the EasySocial Plugin that is pulling me to the Login page (because its set to) but how can we pull through that original URL so they get kicked back to it? I thought maybe "Stay on Same Page" might work, but that only gets the user passed to their dashboard.

I don't see any other options in the list to feed through that dynamic URL like I want. Thoughts?
