Hi there,

My client has let me know about some display issues with the Single Category page on their EasyBlog installation:

https://www.celebrations.org.au/blog/categories/funerals

If you have a look at that page and scroll down about 4 or 5 posts, you'll see that it starts inserting each consecutive post inside the wrapper ... post dated 13 Jan is the first one it starts at.

We have a development copy of this site running and if I change the theme to anything else, the layout displays as it should:

https://updates.celebrations.org.au/blog/categories/funerals

The development site is just running the Wireframe theme.

Any ideas as to what's going on with the Origami theme?

Thanks

Nathan
Hi there,

It seems that I can't replicate it on my local site.

When I was trying to access your FTP's access, it gave me the following error:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Hi Irwin,

I only get that error if I try connect via FTP over SSL/TLS, which unfortunately the server isn't configured for... on my list to chase up the hosting company about.

But I had no problems connecting with the details I provided you when using standard old insecure FTP.

Can you let me know if that works for you?

Thanks

Nathan

Also a further bit of information... I have done two template overrides for EasyBlog but I've tested removing them and it didn't make any difference.

Hey Nathan,

I have checked your site and there was an issue with both of these posts:

1. Funerals

2. Death Doula

For some reasons, there was unclosed html tags between the intro text and the read more. After re-saving both of these posts (the editor automatically fixes it) it is working correctly now.

Hi Mark,

Thanks very much for getting back to me so quickly... and apologies, I really should have checked that myself but glad it was an easy fix.

Broken tags were due to copy and paste from Word so I'll have a word to the client about that.

Cheers

Nathan
