Unfortunately that is no easy way to re-order these widget from the sidebar, but you can take a look at my attached screenshot below, this is the code render that hour widget on the sidebar section.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/item/default.php

You can move this line of code at the top before it render that page details section.
