I recently purchased 3 SI components, order ID SI140425-7291-98257. Unfortunately, they don't appear on my account. It is possible that registration email j*****@rogers.com is different than my SI account email dr**********@gmail.com. I am being prompted to renew Komento when I just renewed it as part of the above order.

Thank you for your inquiry. I've checked and helped you to apply your renewals to all of your licenses. However, I am not quite sure as to why this issue happened. I'll forward this to our web dev and he'll check it out as soon as he's online. Meanwhile, would you be kind enough to login and verify that your license have all been renewed?
