Hello Jeroen,

Hm, this is odd as I don't seem to locate any "upgrade" purchases. Do you have any order reference # that is provided by our merchant?

I tried 3 times now (with different paypal addresses) for example: transferID 4WD691266C781563W
I want to upgrade to professional and i use the button on your site.
and after payment i get the error:
Order not accepted
Unfortunately your payment or order was not accepted. There are many reasons why this can happen. We appreciate your purchases on price and would like to help you complete your order. Please contact us for assistance.

Paypal is sending back my money i see.

Regards,
Jeroen

Hello Jeroen,

Let me send an e-mail to our merchant, something is really not right with their system lately. At the mean time, can you send the payment manually to admin@stackideas.com via paypal and create a ticket at https://crm.stackideas.com so that I can process this manually for you?
