The FTP configuration on cPanel points the user to a completely different folder, I don't explain how it is possible that you won't see the content. I wrote to the hosting provider for a targeted check. Please wait.

Hello, I try again but the problem is the same.

As you can see from the screen attached, the buttons to move the groups up and down that appear in your video do not appear in my screenshot.
I can only renumber the groups to change the order it and if I change the number the groups they don't move in front-end.

I need to change the order of the group in this page:

On Group page, when you click on "Ordering" link then it will show up the Move up and move down buttons.

thank you for your support. I do it and now i can see this button but the proble is not solved.
I need to order the groups as you can see in attached file "ordering-beck-end.png". I do it in back-end but the result in front-end is that you can see in "ordering-front-end" file.
I need to order this group:
1st "Video lezioni Yoga" group id 5
2nd "Corso Mantra Yoga" group id 3
3rd "Mantra ed emozioni" group id 4

The same in another public page.

Update us , so i'll be able to check this issue further.

You can see Herethe public page with plan ID 8, 7, 6.
With user filippo.bianchi / sviluppo1864 you can see here the plan reserved to user that have a valid plan ID 1.

You can see here the public page with plan ID 8, 7, 6. (only if you are not logged)

With testing user "filippo.bianchi" and password "sviluppo1864" (login here) you can see here the plan reserved to user that have a valid plan ID 1.

I am able to replicate this issue. This issue is coming for Child group, mean those group who have parent group also.
I've logged this into issue tracked. Once fixed we will update you.

We have fixed this issue internally and it will be available in our coming release.
For now, i've applied this fix at below mentioned file path.
root/components/com_payplans/views/plan/view.html.php

Please take a look on this issue again and update us if still issue persist.
