I am sorry for saying this, as this is an international website, can you please using English language so we can understand better what the exactly issue that is hitting you. Correct me if I am wrong, your issue is about the order on the Forum tab which is not in right? You actually can change the order of the category in the Forum view by:
1. Click EasyDiscuss>Categories>Click the move up or down button

We have applied some fix in this file JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\views\forums\view.html.php , it will work fine now, can you give it a check now?
