Hi there, I have enabled the option to enable users to download their data and the link appears within the "edit profile" section of the site as expected. However when this link is clicked it simply redirects me to my main dashboard page.

The url generated for the link is :https://www.mysite.com/social/profile/download which is inline with the other account option link formats. All other links are working 100%.

Any suggestions as I really do need to be GDPR compliant with 10,000+ European users!
Hey Matthew,

There is a known issue for the SEF links when you have a "My Profile" menu item created. Can you download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/
