Where is the option to disable the front end login? I'm getting spammed with dodgy user registrations.
You don't disable this in EasyBlog but instead, you need to disable it in Joomla's user extension. Go to Users > Options and there is an option to disable registrations.
Once that option is turned off, all registration links within EasyBlog will automatically be switched off as well
