Hey!
I have enabled "User's Data Download" in the settings, but after logging in I don't see the option to download data anywhere.

On my website, Komento is integrated with EasyDiscuss. Is it possible to download data from both components at once? If not, where can the user request to download his data?
Hi there,

Those download are only can be access on your dashboard menu as you can see here http://take.ms/ldirk.

Currently, it is not possible to achieve this, on ED you can see them here http://take.ms/ng3BA on your edit profile sections.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Everything is clear, but it is a pity that you can not download the data together with EasyDiscuss. Maybe in the future ;-)

Is it necessary to set an additional CronJob to make the GDPR download from the Komento work?

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this yet.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of Komento if there are more people request on this.

Yes it is necessary for you to add additional cronjobs as you can refer below.

Thank you for the answers. By the way, it's not possible to translate the word "Close" in a popup window after clicking the Request Data button.

Hi there,

You should be able to translate them using this language strings COM_KOMENTO_CLOSE_BUTTON

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Hi there,

I applied language strings above on your override and it does take place as you can see on screenshot listed below. Please advice.
