Hi Guy's

I have an issue with operation hours on pages, my server is in correct time zone etc but you can see by screen shot that page opens at 9.00 but still showing closed after 9.00 as you can see by phone time at top.

Also it seems you don't get a notification if someone likes a link you share in a group, you get notifications from comments on the link, notifications work on image shared if someone likes it just not link.

Kind regards
Rob
It seems it's an hour behind my time zone, checked all server settings and are set to gmt/london

Hi Rob,

It appears that daylight savings time is not taken into consideration here, since you mentioned that your time is 1 hour ahead.

I believe that currently DST is not supported, but I will log this into our tracker so we can investigate more on this.
Also it seems you don't get a notification if someone likes a link you share in a group
Currently system notification is not supported for cluster link apps.

Hey Rob,

I'm opening this ticket again to discuss about your opening hours issue.

From what we investigated, it appears that DST is indeed supported. How opening hours works is that it actually check the user's timezone(the one who saved the page). If the user does not have a timezone saved, then it will fallback to use the server's timezone.

So for example, if a user has a London timezone, when this user saves the page with the hours data, the hours will be set to open under this user's timezone.

If you know who saved the page, you should check their timezone and see if match London's timezone.

If you are still experiencing issues with the opening hours, can you provide me your backend access so I can test this on your site?

Sure thing Rob. Keep us updated then.

I believe you may have a timezone custom field on your users. So if you are testing with a particular user, you can check first and see what timezone is selected there before you save the page.
