Hello team,

I have noticed that Facebook and Google sharing on your demo works beautifully and FB fetches og:image, title and description as one would desire but on my install at http://www.cloudhire.me/portal/blog2014 it doesn't work. It fetches the og:image but still uses the title and description defined via JFBConnect. Am I missing something? Are you using a component or plugin to make it work?

When I autopost the entry Easyblog shares it properly which is great but if a random user is reading the post and clicks on one of the sharing buttons the info fetched is rather undesirable. I do have JFBConnect installed if there's anything that can be done that way but I'd like the og feed to be as automated as possible.

FB debugger tool is also returning "Open Graph Warnings That Should Be Fixed"...

Thanks,
Andre
Hello Andre,

If JFBConnect is adding it's own opengraph tags, I am not too sure if there's a way to fix this but if I recall correctly, JFBConnect works with EasyBlog flawlessly out of the box. Have you tried checking with JFBConnect?

Hi Mark,

I have studied JBF a bit more and manage to solve it. Will drop a few lines here for users reference;

I was using the OGs info under JFB's Open Graph >> Configuration >> Defaults and that info was overwriting Easyblog's. No good!
To have it running properly I deleted the Default info and created a few specific objects under JFB's Open Graph >> Objects

Now all Joomla articles, featured articles menus and registration as well as Frontpage Blog Layout display the pre defined Ogs I wanted while the Blog Posts fetches the info automatically.

Thanks,
Andre
