HI,
I installed conversekit and activated it.
When I open the chat system I keep receiving the message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload/ login again."
I see the same even after reload.
Please see below image - also there is no possibility to close the chat window.
I updated to new version 1.0.3 but still the same problem exists.

Can you please edit your first post and include the back end and FTP access to the site?

Are you able to login to the site? Seems like they are coming from jomsocial

This will be fixed in the next release of Conversekit There was some syntax errors in the plugin as it required a higher version of PHP but it doesn't really require that.
