Hi, I have a problem with Conversekit that I have already verified that they have had other clients in the past. The message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload / login again." In the ticket of the other client they had to fix it, since it was a problem with the database, I think.
I have installed cometchat, but I will only use it for the mobile app.
Should I review other aspects that I could overlook? I have reviewed: ports, other plugins, permissions, but the problem persists. I installed and reinstalled, but nothing.

Thanks
Hi Mauricio Liguori,

As I access your conversekit I'm hitting the error below:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /plugins/system/conversekit/ajax.php on this server.

http://take.ms/ii1NL
It seems like there is some permission issue that forbid it to access the file.
This also happened for easysocial polling http://take.ms/V1uO5

Can you consult your web hosting provider, if there any permission/firewall that forbid it to access those files?

Hello Muhammad:
Apparently you were right. I explain. I'm using Akeeba Admin Tool and it's fine, but it causes some problems like this. Thanks to your help I have managed to solve it.
With the tool ".htaccess Maker" of Akeeba Admin Tool, I have added the experience to the reading of this file, as well as the pooling and it works correctly, since this error is no longer recorded. Easy to solve, but hard to find.
I leave the explanation for future customers. You have been very kind.
I'm going to test it a few days and if everything is ok I'll close this ticket.

Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

You can follow the way Philippe do here: https://stackideas.com/forums/error-with-conversekit
heads to htaccess maker and add the line
plugins/system/conversekit/ajax.php

in the Exceptions

Additional reference how htaccess maker works: https://www.akeebabackup.com/videos/1207-admin-tools/1542-at002-htaccess-maker.html

Hello Muhammad Fadhli,

I was asking Mauricio, not because I do not know the answer...
but to be sure I do not forget anything...

Did he notice something else was required after this? ( should have been my real question )
