Only private discussion between 1 user and support Team

Is there a way that every user shows only his own diskussions with the support Team ?
Hey Torsten,

Hm, unfortunately it doesn't just show private posts It also show the rest of the posts the user has made.

Hey Mark,

yes I mean that a user sees only his own tickets (My Tickets) and the corresponding answers from the support team.
But NO tickets from other users

Ah, you mean on the forums view of EasyDiscuss? Unfortunately that isn't possible unless you create a menu item that links to his posts
