In the profile type's privacy section, you can set the default privacy for the email field(http://take.ms/Tklny).

This will only affect new users unless you reset the privacy of all users.

Users can also change their email privacy in their frontend user info page(http://take.ms/cC3SC).

It is ok if I set those emails to only me...could you look at my attachment file..

Yes that is correct. But keep in mind that this will only affect new users that registers to the site under that profile type.
