I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tested on your site using 2 different user account and 2 different browser, it seems that user online status seems fine for me.

Sometime it will show disconnect when i refresh the page is because currently i using phone hotspot data share to my laptop so the connection was slow.

Perhaps you can ask your site user how to replicate this issue so we can able to investigate this issue further?

most of the time it is working well, but for instance if i keep the browser open all day, sometimes the connection seems to be ost, the browser still shows the community page, but wont refresh by itself (chrome /mac os). is it possible to keep this from happening by making the browser window refresh by itself once in a while (like every 30min after inactivity?) thanks

Regarding the above, I am sorry but this is not possible at the moment. User will need to refresh the page manually to see the updated content of the page.

I will log this into our feature request tracker and we will see how we can make this possible
