Any thoughts on the issue with the blog post URL provided?

The first URL is the actual post link, the 2nd is the category with this post in - all other posts in this category load fine.

It will not load in the front end, it crashes IE11 and Chrome just loads a non-formatted page.

I can edit it OK in the back end, and I can see nothing unusual with the post html. I even copied the post to a new one and the same thing happens?
