It seems like you have Configured payplans registration integration with easysocial, Can you please confirm that if you want show the registration field directly on this page ?

If yes, then it is not possible to render those registration field directly on this page, Because in order to show those registration field, user have to click that register button which redirects user to Easysocial registration page.

Let me know if you have any other query and correct me if i misunderstood.
