look the pic please, the online and offline button is not working, you can see it on the pic.

Hm, based on your screen shot, it seems like the user was offline initially and the user then came online to respond to your conversation. Is that correct?

It looks like there's a bug here as I am able to replicate this locally. Will log this in our tracker.

I have helped you apply a temporary fix in JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/conversekit/templates/message.php

Can you help me double check and see how it goes? Thanks.
