Yes, that is possible to do that, what you need to do is go to your site backend > component > Easyblog > post > search for that blog post > then click on that mail icon (http://take.ms/3XYHNg) .

Finally about the CRON, our hosting provider said us that we have a plan for just 200 emails by hours.

This morning, I did complete the Email parameters (SMTP). Now all seem working correctly.
