This template is great for creating an internal or external social network. But as in any social network, there is a need to place colorful pages, for example, knowledge base, instructions, company, company news and so on. Such pages are very difficult to do in usual materials, please again consider the feasibility of the implementation of support for visual page editors (SP Page Builder 3+), at the moment I can not normally make the usual FAQ and the basic plan indicators, to colorfully formalize the advantages of my social network for its users ( authors of the blog)

To be frank with you, currently we doesn't plan for extend this Page Builder functionality in Office template is because the current Office template HTML DOM structure unable to achieve this, but we will consider to add this Page Builder functionality in the next new helix template.

Sorry, I did not accurately express the thought...
I think you could have a chic template Office II (on Helix), but METRO style ( such as UI Fabris),
But with the same excellent navigation idea as the Office template ( really like the bottom buttons on the mobile device - it's very convenient! - see screen below)
