I think this problem is still there. See my attached files.
It's a fresh installation of default Joomla 3.8.12 with Office 1.0.5, ES 2.2.4, EB 5.2.8 & ED 4.1.3.

But so for I only found this issue in iPhone 4, 5, 5s with Safari and Android default browser with 720 pixels by 1280. For Android with Chrome (720x1280), it looks good.

Currently we do not have these device as what you mentioned at your previous reply, even this Android default browser as well.

Because most of the latest Android phone no longer have this default browser.

I did tested Android phone Google Pixel and iPhone 7 then browse our demo site http://office.stackideas.com/blog , it seems load fine that weather module.

May i know your site also display this weather module on your sidebar? Or it doesn't load anything on the sidebar when you click on the bottom footer right corner icon?

Is it possible for you update your site backend and FTP access at your first post so I will see if I can able to find these kind of device around my friend then check for this issue.

Tested them on my end using Iphone 5s and seems like both browser working fine as you can see on attached files below. By the way, may i know which IOS version are you using right now? Maybe can you try using it latest version and see how it goes.

That is the problem...main menu module is overlap with content. You can see it when you scroll it.
