Our designer is not around during weekend, but i will consult with our designer on this coming Monday.

For now you have to enable back that user profile cover setting from backend.

I will keep you update on this Monday.

It seems like that is bug, the Office template should support if the admin disable the "user profile cover" setting from backend.

I will lock this issue into our issue tracker.
