Odd URL Links Found During MOZ SEO Crawl

I completed a MOZ SEO site crawl and it reported several "Meta Noindex" links, such as:

Content Results From #12
https://lawenforcement.social/content-tag/content?limit=6&start=12

When you click on the title or tag icon in the EasyBlog header, it takes you to the actual page of:
https://lawenforcement.social/content-tag

Where is it getting the link https://lawenforcement.social/content-tag/content?limit=6&start=12 from and how do I stop it? Is there a setting somewhere I need to adjust?

If this helps, I have attached a screenshot of my sh404SEF configuration for EasyBlog. I'm wondering if the selector about "Do Not Override Itemid" is causing the problem?

May i know which Easyblog header you referring? https://take.ms/xwbghL

If you referring that Easyblog toolbar, it seems like none of the link will redirect to this https://lawenforcement.social/content-tag url .

Am i missing anything here? Please advise.

Even I check on your existing menu item and Sh404sef, it look like doesn't have anything use this content-tag alias.

May i know this MOZ SEO tool got mention anything where these link appear on your site?
